ALR91

The KEMET ALR91 is a robust aluminium rectangular design for applications requiring high temperatures, high vibration, and high reliability. It offers good capacitance results at low temperature ranges. Use at altitudes of up to 24,400 meters (80,000 feet) is possible. Rated at 125ºC, the ALR91 offers good volumetric efficiency in a shape that lends itself to stacking into modules and ease of use with a heat sink. The capacitor case is stainless steel.

ALC10S & ALN20S – Audio Electrolytic

Overview - ALC10S Series
KEMET's ALC10S Series of capacitors features improvements in general construction of the capacitors to achieve better results in audio, where fidelity of the waveshape is very important. Great attention has been paid to the construction details that can affect performance such as foil type, its connections and mechanical construction. Details of capacitance and case sizes are available in KEMET's slit foil capacitor range.
KEMET has produced the ALC10S slit foil capacitors specifically for audio applications. Its patented design eliminates circulating currents in the aluminium foils. This spurious current flow on the capacitor plates is known to occur but not apparent in most applications.
Overview - ALC10S Series
KEMET's ALN20S series of capacitors is a new generation T-Network Capacitor (TNC). The TNC is manufactured by KEMET in Portugal. In a normal capacitor unwanted resistance and inductance force the input and output together electrically, making its unwanted characteristics very critical for performance
KEMET's ALN20S capacitors are a unique T-Network Capacitor (TNC) designed specifically for audio applications. The main advantage of the TNC lies in its ability to reduce the effects of unwanted resistance and inductance placing the signal closer to the pure capacitance of the component.

One example would be in 48V inverter applications for Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicles, especially because of its 150°C temperature rating. This modular device facilitates the integration on an application heat-sink. KEMET's automotive grade capacitors meet the demanding Automotive Electronics Council's AEC–Q200 qualification requirements.

PEH227 & PEH228

These electrolytic capacitors contain a radial crown, which allows them to be mounted in a standing position. They feature Ultra-High CV with an outstanding electrical performance and high energy storage capability, a polarized, all-welded design, tinned copper wire leads, and a negative pole connected to the case. The winding is housed in a cylindrical aluminium can with a high purity aluminium lid and a high quality rubber gasket. Low ESR is a result of a low resistive electrolyte/paper system and an all-welded design. Thanks to its mechanical robustness, these capacitors are suitable for use in mobile and aircraft installations, with operation up to +150°C.
