Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at our head office in Llanwrtyd Wells. This role plays a key part in supporting both customers and the wider sales team, by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with accounts.
You will be the point of contact for a portfolio of customers, handling day-to-day communication and providing administrative support to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Act as a key point of contact for assigned customer accounts, responding to queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Quote Management: Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements, liaising with suppliers and the wider sales team as needed.
• Order Processing: Enter customer orders into the system, ensure accuracy of data, and follow up with relevant departments to track progress.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, supporting account retention and satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Work closely with internal and external sales colleagues to support the wider commercial team in meeting objectives.
• System Updates: Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer information in IT systems.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve any issues related to deliveries, pricing discrepancies, or order fulfilment, ensuring clear communication throughout.
• Team Collaboration: Support cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, product management, and warehouse teams as needed.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicator with a strong customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling data and pricing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word).
Desirable:
• Experience working in the electronics, manufacturing, or distribution sector.
• Basic product knowledge in passive, electromechanical, or high-reliability components (training will be provided).

Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Sales Office Manager to oversee and develop our internal sales operations at our Llanwrtyd Wells headquarters. This pivotal role involves managing the internal sales team day-to-day, ensuring high levels of customer service, smooth operational processes, and effective collaboration across the business.
You will work closely with our external sales team to provide them with the information, support, and coordination they need to deliver exceptional service to customers, secure new business, and develop key accounts.
This can be a hybrid role, but requires a regular on-site presence of at least 3 days per week to lead and support the office-based sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
• Lead, manage, and develop the internal sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to maximise individual and team success.
• Ensure efficient workflow, prompt handling of enquiries, and strong communication between internal and external sales functions.
Sales & Customer Service
• Oversee day-to-day customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a professional approach.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts in partnership with the external sales team, ensuring an integrated and consistent customer experience.
• Support complex orders and liaise with suppliers to resolve challenges and meet customer expectations.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
• Work with Directors to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and KPIs, producing regular reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, improve communication with the external team, and deliver a seamless service to customers.
Supplier & Market Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support sales initiatives and resolve supply chain challenges.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform sales strategy and business development.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
• Proven experience managing and developing an internal sales or customer service team.
• Strong B2B sales or account management track record.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to oversee busy office operations.
• Skilled communicator and motivator, able to lead by example and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be based in Llanwrtyd Wells at least 3 days a week.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
Desirable:
• Experience in electronics, engineering, or other technical product sales.
• Familiarity with ISO, AS, BS, or CECC quality standards.
• Experience in quality-critical sectors (defence, aerospace, rail, space).

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-focused Quality Engineer to support and maintain quality across our operations. This hands-on role involves internal quality checks, supplier and customer audits, documentation control, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards and other quality processes.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a certified environment and comfortable interacting with teams across production, purchasing, and customer service to ensure quality remains a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9120 certification requirements and procedures.
• Carry out and support customer and supplier audits, assisting with preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Perform quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

Salary: In line with apprenticeship guidelines and experience

Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to begin their engineering career in a hands-on environment. As an Apprentice Maintenance Engineer, you will support the day-to-day maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment across our facility, working closely with our experienced Maintenance Engineer.
The role includes attending day release at college to work towards recognised qualifications in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in routine maintenance tasks on machinery, tools, and plant equipment.
• Support breakdown repairs to minimise downtime and disruption.
• Carry out basic fault finding and preventative maintenance.
• Keep records of maintenance work and support with documentation.
