You will need excellent time management skills, keen attention to detail and an ability to work logically and accurately. The ability to effectively prioritise work is also key. You will need to possess high standards of literacy and numeracy, as well as experience of using Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel.

There is no cold selling involved, instead we focus on developing relationships with our customers; so you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive phone manner, and the ability to build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues. We are looking for excellent team players who will be part of Charcroft’s ongoing success story.

We are currently looking for someone to join our fast‐paced Sales Support team. The right candidate would need good computer skills, particularly with experience in Excel. A good phone manner is crucial, along with the ability to work as part of a team. You must be self‐motivated and able to prioritize your work load whilst working to deadlines, and attention to detail is very important. The role is varied and will include taking minutes of meetings, meeting and greeting customers and suppliers, liaising with internal sales team to progress quotes and orders, along with other administrative responsibilities.
