Quality Objectives
Senior Management at Charcroft Electronics Limited have established a set of Quality Objectives in accordance with the regulations set out in BS EN ISO 9001:2000. All personnel within the organisation are aware of these objectives and the contribution they make towards achieving customer satisfaction. These objectives are reviewed periodically at Management Review Meetings, when there suitability and continuing relevance will be assessed.

The number of consignments despatched by Charcroft and rejected by Customers is less than 3%.

All Key Account and Target Account Customers have a main contact and an alternative contact in both Sales and Progressing Departments.

95% of consignments despatched to customers are received on time.

In relation to Key Accounts – Charcroft exceeds the service levels expected and takes appropriate action if not. In relation to all other accounts,
      at least 95% of Charcroft's customers are satisfied with the standard of service provided.
