| 29/01/2007 - Please note, our 'KP' variant is now obsolete and we can only supply against existing stocks
For your information, our 'KP' variant has now been superseded by out 'KP2' variant, the change being the manufacturing material of our Kinky Pin connectors from Brass to Phosphor Bronze. This change of material not only gives the pins added strength but enhances pin retention whilst still preventing damage to through plated holes. Phosphor Bronze pins have since then been offered as standard without ant extra charge, and a change of part number was implemented to identify the new material. Phosphor Bronze Kinky Pins are referred to as KP2, e.g. 050/30P/KP in Brass has now become 050/30P/KP2 in Phosphor Bronze. In all other respects the new improved connector pins remain unchanged |
