| October 2007 - Cornell Dubilier MLC and RF chip capacitors pass flex tests Cornell Dubilier’s Type MCM & MIN surface-mount multilayer-ceramic (MLC) RF clad capacitors and Type MC & MCH RF chip capacitors have passed a guaranteed minimum of 5 mm flexure using the stringent Automotive Electronics Council test procedure AEC-Q200, Method 005. These reliable MLC capacitors allow the use of larger physical sizes required for high voltage, high Q capacitors in high frequency applications. The MC & MCH RF chip capacitors have also successfully passed JIS C 5102 8.11 bend tests, exhibiting zero failures at 2 mm deflection. MCM & MIN Datasheet MC & MCN Datasheet MCH & MCHN Datasheet |
