Charcroft Sign Hypertac, Kemet and Vishay Precision Resistors
Charcroft Electronics has signed franchise agreements with Hypertac, Kemet and Vishay Precision Resistors. All three manufacturers offer products designed for high-performance, professional markets such as mil-aero, space, medical and test and measurement as well as industrial and specialist applications.

The agreements will enable Charcroft to sell Hypertac’s full range of Hyperboloid® connectors, Kemet’s tantalum, Multilayer Ceramic (MLCC) and solid aluminum capacitors as well as Vishay’s Bulk Metal® Foil precision resistors, resistor networks and potentiometers.

Charcroft have been a Vishay-approved Precision Centre for two years, manufacturing precision Bulk Metal® foil precision resistors which are fit- form- and functionally-identical to the Vishay Precision Resistor parts.

Connector Division - New franchise agreements with leading RF, Coax and BS/CECC connector manufacturers
Polycarbonate Capacitors - MPE have advised that they are withdrawing the BS CECC 30501-006 release certification on their M2B range of radial plastic-cased polycarbonate capacitors. There is limited stock in the supply chain of some capacitance values with CECC-release and there are no other manufacturers offering CECC release on these parts. Non-release versions will continue to be manufactured by MPE, MFD and Advance. Ex-stock availability of MFD, Advance and MPE polycarbonate capacitors, including the M2B series with CECC release .
