EZ Boardware Sheild Clips NEW   EZ–Board Socket
A SMT product that offers a cost effective alternative to turned PCB sockets. EZ-Board Sockets are ideally suited to less physically demanding applications; the sockets are designed for SMT assembly and come in industry standard tape & reel packaging.
EZ Boardware Sheild Clips EZ–Shield Clips
Also referred to as RFI Shield Clips, these clips are a fast and convenient method of securing a RFI shield can to a PCB. This removes secondary soldering, and makes re-work and maintenance damage-free and easy.
EZ–Shield Fingers EZ–Shield Fingers
These RFI Shield Fingers can be assembled to PCBs and used as grounding or shielding contacts, in contact with metal frames or shields. Suitable for both wiping and sliding action, the individual clips are ideal for automated placement.
EZ–Links EZ–Links
Linking between tracks and bridging over other tracks, these SMT Jumper Links can simplify board layout and may eliminate unnecessary through holes and even a PCB layer.
EZ–Test Points EZ–Test Points
By soldering these SMT Test Points to a circuit board, test engineers have easy and convenient points on the PCB to take their readings. This minimises the damage risk, and are easily soldered at the same time as the rest of the components.
EZ–Cable Clips EZ–Cable Clips
Replace manual assembly of plastic cable clips by using these SMT Cable Clips. Capable of retaining cables up to 3mm, these clips will remove another operation from the production process.
EZ–Fuse Clips EZ–Fuse Clips
Designed to accept Mini Blade fuse tails or blade tabs 2.8 x 0.8mm, the SMT Fuse Clip makes an easy connection with the fuse to an SMT circuit board.

Circular connectors
 A new range of high reliability, rugged, RoHS-compliant Circular Connectors released by Harwin meets the high standards of Mil-DTL-5015 yet is priced to be cost-effective for commercial and industrial applications.

For use in harsh and demanding environments the rugged high specification, cadmium-free range also features free plug, panel mount and cable connector orientations in a number of popular shell and layout options. These cost-effective solutions will offer benefits in power generators, fixed and portable industrial equipment, control cables, machine tools and robotics to name a few market areas.

101Lok Datamate Connector
 A new Datamate connector offers up to 96 contacts combined with low insertion force. The M83 three-row connector incorporates specially-designed female contacts that require a mating force of only 0.2 to 1N, yet delivers the same high-reliability performance as existing Datamate connectors. Conforming to BS 9525-F0033 M83 connectors can withstand high levels of shock, acceleration and vibration in addition to a large number of mating cycles , all without loss of performance. M83 connectors can combine mixed signal, power and coax contacts.

 New 8, 12 and 16-way versions of Harwin’s rugged Hot Shoe connector technology enable rapid and simple connection, yet tolerate mating misalignment and resist dust, water, and chemical ingress. Previously available only in custom configurations, standard Hot Shoe connectors employ spring-loaded contacts, which maintain a positive contact force against the mating half of the connector, ensuring reliable connection even under the most demanding conditions.

Cable Harness
 Flexible, high-quality cable harness from Harwin addresses the needs of OEMs in high-reliability applications such as military, aerospace, medical and industrial controls. The assemblies are based on Harwin’s high-reliability Datamate interconnect range but can also include components from other manufacturers as well as high-specification crimping. Harwin cable harnesses have been developed for use in aircraft control panels, undersea exploration equipment, military communication systems and flight-line safety checks.

Hood kits cut the cost of hi-rel cable assemblies Top of Page

Cable Harness
 New J-Tek Hood Kits from Harwin allow customers make their own robust cable assemblies based on Datamate high-reliability connectors. The kit comprises a J-Tek Datamate connector with a hermaphroditic-style hood and pre-fitted jackscrews. Separate screws are provided for joining both halves of the hood to provide a very strong and ergonomic connection. The hood kits eliminate the need for a special over-moulding on cable assemblies and are available in 6-, 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, 20-, 26-, 34-, 42- and 50-way versions and can be used in any cable-to-board or cable-to-cable assembly requiring J-Tek Datamate connectors.
