Delivery and Returns



How much do you charge for delivery and when will items be delivered?

Our delivery options are

  • UK Mainland – Royal Mail 1st Class - £5.00 ex-VAT (not tracked)
  • UK Mainland – Sent by Courier - £8.50 ex-VAT (tracked, signature upon delivery)

Outside of UK Mainland (Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, Scilly Isles) – Sent by Courier - £30.00 ex-VAT (tracked, signature upon delivery)

  • Europe – Sent by Courier - £35.50 ex-VAT (tracked, signature upon delivery)
  • U.S.A. - Sent by Courier - £46.60 ex-VAT (tracked, signature upon delivery)
  • Malaysia/Singapore - Sent by Courier - £48.93 ex-VAT (tracked, signature upon delivery)
  • Rest of World - Sent by Courier - £60.00 ex-VAT (tracked, signature upon delivery)

All goods are shipped same day if on the UK Mainland if orders placed before 3pm. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next available working day. Please note, if placing an order on a Saturday or Sunday, items in stock will be shipped on the Monday. Saturdays, Sundays, UK Bank and Public holidays are not working days.

I've placed an order but not received it yet. What do I do?

If you are ordering from the UK mainland using our courier delivery option, and your goods do not arrive within 48 hours of despatch, we recommend that you contact us on ebuy@charcroft.com who will investigate the matter for you.

If you are ordering from UK offshore, Northern Ireland or Eire, or International and your goods do not arrive within 3 days of despatch, we recommend that you contact us on ebuy@charcroft.com who will investigate the matter for you.



Shipping and Returns

You must notify our Sales team on lucas.evans@charcroft.com of any loss or damage to the Goods in transit or if incorrect Goods are supplied within 7 days of receipt of the Goods.

Returns Policy

If the Buyer is buying as a ‘consumer‘, as defined in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Buyer may, provided he or she has taken reasonable care of the Goods, return the Goods and be repaid the price paid in respect of them within 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and any UK Bank Holiday) of their delivery.

To return Goods on this basis, the Buyer must notify the Company in writing and return the Goods, in their original packaging, within the 7 day period to the Seller clearly quoting the Returns Material Authorisation Number (RMA), Customer‘s account number and order number on the outside of the package.

Goods should be returned first class with proof of posting and the Buyer is responsible for payment of all postage costs.

In respect of certain Goods the Seller may prefer to arrange collection itself and, if requested, the Buyer will allow the Seller to collect the Goods and will assist in the arrangements for the Goods‘ collection. All reasonable costs of collection will be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for the care and custody of the Goods pending their return or collection.

Following receipt of Goods which comply with this Condition, the Seller will refund to the Buyer the price paid in respect of the Goods. Any Goods that have been supplied with a Certificate of Conformance released to CECC or BS regulations are unable to be returned at all. Goods ordered as manufactured specifically upon receipt of order cannot be returned unless faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
