Replacement shunt resistors guarantee performance

With performance guaranteed to meet the rated specification, Powertron FHR series resistors can replace existing current-sensing resistors to improve the reliability of high-power precision applications in the medical, scientific, military and industrial sectors. Available in 2- and 4-terminal versions, the FHR series offer power ratings from 5W to 2500W and achieve load stability of 0.1%, with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±15ppm/k. Tolerances are available to 0.1%.

	AMC multilayer ceramic capacitors can be manufactured in packages and footprints which accurately match the available board-space, whilst stacked versions, with a standard rectangular footprint, enable high levels of volumetric efficiency, combined with low ESR/ESL characteristics at high switching frequencies. J- and L-bend surface-mount or through-hole terminations also help to minimise manufacturing stress. The Variable Pitch versions can achieve more than 25% improvement in volumetric efficiency with optimum use of the available space, and are created by AMC directly from customers’ mechanical designs and electrical parameters. Stacked versions are available with capacitance values to 900μF and offer a wide operating temperature range of -55˚C to 125˚C, or up to 200˚C for some ranges. They are suitable for use in input/output filters, snubbers and coupling in SMPSs with voltage ratings from 25V to 5KV. J and L-bend surface-mount or through-hole terminations also help to minimise manufacturing stress.

3-in-1 standard, emergency and blackout LED Combi Light

	Oxley Combi Lights integrate 3 LED lighting modes into a single fitting with a profile of just 20mm. In white mode, the Combi Light provides standard, dimmable illumination powered by a 100/230V AC input; the blackout mode uses the same power source and is triggered by a signal to eliminate residual glare by switching to red light, or other colour options. The emergency mode uses separate LEDs powered by a rechargeable battery. Applications for the Combi Light include ground-control stations, as well as military shelters and forward command positions.
