Drop-in industrial alternative to MIL-DTL-5015 (MIL-C-5015)
Harwin industrial-grade MIL-DTL-5015 connectors are fully intermateable with MIL-DTL-5015 versions and combine rugged performance with lower cost & RoHS-compliance. With chained end-caps, which screw into or onto the connector, and full IP 67 sealing plus an optional rubber bush, these connectors are available in 10SL, 12S and 14S sizes with cable, straight plug or panel-mount terminations. Flying leads can also be fitted to further reduce lead-time. These cost-effective connectors are suitable for applications such as power generators, fixed and portable industrial equipment, control cables, machine tools and robotics.

Cut secure connector assembly time with 'quarter-turn' connectors
Achieving secure connection with just a quarter-turn, or 101 degrees, 101Lok 2mm connectors from Harwin feature specially-designed hardware, tensioned by a coil spring, to reduce the mating time whilst maintaining a secure connection between two connector halves. 101Lok connectors combine reduced assembly time with the field-proven security of jack-screw Datamate alternatives.

Combine signal, power and coax with low insertion force
With up to 96 contacts and any combination of signal, power and coax, Harwin’s M83 Datamate Mix-Tek connectors also feature a low insertion force of just 0.2 to 1N. Delivering the same high-reliability performance as existing Datamate connectors, but with a customised mix of contacts, a single M83 connector can significantly reduce board space by replacing multiple single-technology connectors. Conforming to BS 9525-F0033, M83 connectors can withstand high levels of shock, acceleration and vibration and offer a high number of mating cycles without loss of performance in aerospace and industrial applications.
